Hosting Information

Agreements for becoming a host.

-Delivery of the house is free of charge. Assistance in set-up would be appreciated.

-You are responsible for delivery and charges to the next Leasee and to help with the setup

-It is strongly recommended that each new leasee throw a House Warming Party within the first two weeks of possession.(You have to invite the artist)

-While on your property, you are the caretaker of House365 and responsible for upkeep or possible home improvements. All improvements should be made with used materials, preferrably from Detroit.

-You are welcome to suggest improvements or make them yourself.

-Note that all modifications should improve the house with respect to its historical reference point and style. Also be mindful of the scale of the house.

-Any photos taken would be greatly appreciated at least one per day.
